Changes to the Regional Coaching and Judging Subsidies
After a meeting of the Regional Executive Committee on February 21st 2019, further changes have been made to the system when claiming Regional Coaching and Judging Course subsidies. The changes will take immediate effect.
For courses that started after November 1st 2018 it is the responsibility of those involved, to download the application forms and have the forms signed by the tutor – Part 1 and the assessor – Part 2
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 6 MONTHS AFTER THE EXAMINATION DATE.
Post November 2018
At a recent meeting of the West Midlands Executive Committee, it was agreed that changes would be made to the Coaching Course Subsidy for Level One and Level Two courses that start after November 1st 2018.
The subsidy will now be increased to 40% and will be paid in two halves. To claim the subsidy there are two forms that need to be completed by the applicant. Part one of which must be downloaded, completed, and then signed by the course tutor after attendance at the second session of the course. The applicant / club will then receive 20% of the course fee. The second form must be downloaded, completed, and then signed by the examiner when a further 20% will be paid.
Please be aware that the subsidy covers for the discounted membership course price and does not include membership.

For courses that have already been completed since November 1st 2018, applicants need to download Part 2 only, complete the form and have it signed by the examiner and the subsidy will be paid in one payment.
