What a fantastic competition gymnasts had at the 2019 trampoline, tumbling and DMT World Championships in Tokyo.
From the West Midlands we had Jaydon Paddock (City of Birmingham Gym Club), Daniel Berridge and Oliver Paradise (Heart of England Trampoline & DMT Club).
Jaydon competing in Tumble to help secure the gold medal, retaining their Worlds title scoring 115.900. While Daniel and Oliver helped Great Britain DMT to a fantastic 5th place with a team total of 104.800.
Making his senior debut, Jaydon performed with confidence and completed a huge first tumbling pass, getting big height off his final skill with just a small step back on landing to score 38.400. His second pass was completed cleanly though lower on difficulty scoring him 37.200 for a total of 75.600 points and 5th place.
