The 2013 aerobic British championships sees the country’s finest gymnasts compete for the honour of being crowned British champion.
Spectators can look forward to a weekend of non-stop action at the Rivermead Leisure Centre in Reading from the 5-6th of October.
Aerobics is perhaps the most dynamic and energetic of all the gymnastic disciplines with both male and female gymnasts competing as individuals and in pairs, trios and groups (of 6). The sport is not only great fun to train and compete but also to watch. The upbeat music constantly keeps the audience alert and involved with the gymnasts whose aim is to captivate with enthusiasm and dynamism.
Tickets are availble on the door, warm up begins at 9am with the competition from 10am.
