Owing to the continued restrictions in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Rhythmic Technical Assembly will take place virtually on Saturday 27 March commencing at 11.00hrs prompt. In order to comply with the latest Government guidance, and to ensure the safety of Members, there will be no physical location for the Rhythmic Technical Assembly.


London Gymnastics has received legal advice confirming that the Rhythmic Technical Assembly may be conducted in this manner, in accordance with the provisions of The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 which are to remain in force until at least 31st March 2021.


The voting will be totally by email, the ballot document will be sent out the week before the Technical Assembly (Friday 20 March) to the head coach of the club and has to be returned between midday on 27 March and midday Saturday 3 April.


Any votes received before midday on the 27 March or after midday on the 3 April will not be counted.
