Owing to the continued restrictions in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Annual General Meeting will take place virtually on Sunday 11 April commencing at 10.00hrs prompt.
In order to comply with the latest Government guidance, and to ensure the safety of Members, there will be no physical location for the Annual General Meeting
London Gymnastics has received legal advice confirming that the Rhythmic Technical Assembly may be conducted in this manner, in accordance with the provisions of The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 which are to remain in force until at least 31st March 2021.
