Entries
Entries are completed online via this page.
Fees to be paid upon entry submission.

Entry deadline has been extended to Tuesday 11th June at noon to support clubs.

Late entries
Late entries will not be accepted for these events, unless in exceptional circumstances.
A late entry fee of twice the entry fee will be applied (up to £500 per club, not including original fee).

Judge & Official requirement
Judges & Official required dependant on number of gymnasts entered.

1 - 5 competitors = 1 x Volunteer
6 - 15 competitors = 1 x County judge and 1 x Volunteer
16 - 20 competitors = 2 x County judges *
21+ competitors = 3 x County judges and 1 x National judge *

This is competitors per day.

* Note - If you enter 16+ competitors, you will need to email EGA Events to ask for the Volunteer requirement to be bypassed. Due to system limitations this process is required in the present system formatting.

Organisers have reviewed these requirements to help reduce pressure on clubs while still continuing the high standards of these events.
The Judge Convenors will be double checking entries upon entry closure to ensure the above rules have been followed.

Missing judges/officials are charged a fee of £200 per judges/officials, per day (maximum of £600 per club, per competition).

Spectator Tickets
Pricing will be announced within the Work Plan.

Tickets will be made available via GymData closer to the event.

Volunteers
Clubs are to nominate their volunteers via their online entry (GymNET).

- March on Managers
- Warm Up Managers
- Medal Ceremony (Children Only)
- Door Staff (Adults only)
- Ticket Sellers (Adults Only)
- Check in Staff
- Judge Refresher
