Clubs entering 3 or more gymnasts (including those in a Group) must provide two judges:

1. One of these judges must be Regional level or above. Failure to provide a Regional Judge will result in the club being refused entry to the competition, unless the Competition Organiser, in their sole discretion, decides otherwise.

2. The second judge must be County level or above. Failure to provide this judge will result in a levy of £75 being payable. Any levies due will be back-charged to the club after the event. Non-payment of the fee(s) may result in future entries to events being denied.

All nominated judges are expected to be available to judge for the entire competition. This means that if the event spans more than one day, judges should be prepared to judge on all days whether the nominating club has gymnasts performing on that day or not. Clubs are responsible for all expenses incurred by their nominated judges.
