The 2019 Adult Gymnastics British Championships is open to anyone aged 18 and over, regardless of experience or ability, with the opportunity to socialise and compete. Competitors can enter as an individual and as part of a team in Acrobatic, Men's Artistic, Trampoline, Tumbling and Women’s Artistic competitions.
With three different categories available for you to enter, even if you’re new to gymnastics, you can get involved.
Novice - the perfect level for anyone getting involved in gymnastics or trampolining for the first time or perhaps you’re getting back into the swing of things after a while out of the sport. Expect amazing camaraderie, no pressure and a great atmosphere!
Intermediate - you’ve had experience of competition before or you’re a seasoned adult gymnastics competitor, continuously building on your skills.
Pro- you’ve previously competed to a high level or have been retired from national competition for 2 years. Your skills are high and you are ready to show that age is no barrier!
