Reigning British champion Stephani Sherlock and three-time Commonwealth Games medal winner Laura Halford take on Europe’s best rhythmic gymnasts as the 2017 rhythmic gymnastics European Championships take place in Budapest from 19-21st May.
36 Federations have confirmed their participation in the championships with 84 individual senior gymnasts, and 150 junior gymnasts competing in the group exercise. The competition begins for the British girls with hoop and ball qualifications on Friday 19th followed by clubs and ribbon qualifying on Saturday 20th.
On Friday Stephani is set to compete hoop at 18.07 and ball 19.07 UK time and Laura hoop 18.12 and ball 19.02.
