UEG EuroGym 2018 and FIG World Gymnaestrada 2019 Expressions of interest now open

Expressions of interest are now open for the following international festivals - UEG EuroGym 2018 and FIG World Gymnaestrada 2019. Both these events guarantee to be a great week of gymnastics, fun and friendship and an experience that the gymnasts and coaches will treasure forever. Entry to these events is exclusive to British Gymnastics Clubs and are fully supported by our staff at preparation for and during the events.

UEG EuroGym 2018 – 14th to 19th July 2018 - Liege, Belgium

EuroGym is a festival for gymnasts between the ages of 12 and 18 years and takes place over 6 days. The event is made up of a minimum of two performance opportunities, as well as workshops, exploring different types of gymnastics and other sporting activities as well as some sightseeing. For more information including the official handbook visit our event page.

FIG World Gymnastrada 7th to 13th July 2019 – Dornbirn, Austria

Gymnaestrada is the largest Gymnastics event in the world with over 20,000 participants from around 50 nations taking part. It is a non-competitive festival taking place over 7 days, made up of an Opening and Closing Ceremony, Team Performances, Great British whole delegation large group performances and an international Team performance. If you are interested in attending either or both of these events or would like to find out more, please email Kirstie.robertson@british-gymnastics.org detailing which event, your club name, and contact details. Expressions of interest are required by 16th June. Please note that this is just a preliminary expression of interest and does not mean you are committed to attending. We want to keep clubs as informed as possible of the updates surrounding both events. More detailed information including full commitments and packages will follow in July 2017 after both events have held their official information meetings.
