Bobby Crutchley appointed Performance Coach Developer


We are delighted to have appointed Bobby Crutchley as Performance Coach Developer. 

Bobby joins British Gymnastics from his role as men’s Head Coach at Great Britain and England Hockey from which he brings considerable expertise in developing teams and individuals to reach their full potential in high-pressurised environments.  

A former senior International player, Bobby has an MA in Sports Coaching, is a graduate of the UK Sport Elite Coach Programme and a UK Sport accredited mentor.

As the Performance Coach Developer, Bobby will be accountable and responsible for the development and delivery of a World Class Coach developer programme that will meet specific performance outcomes. He will also be tasked with ensuring the delivery of individualised, group and in-situ coaching support to identified coaches from across the British Gymnastics Performance Pathway.
