It’s nearly time for our trampoline, tumbling and double mini trampoline (DMT) gymnasts to take on the world, and you can watch the competition unfold across the BBC!
From 28th November to 1st December, senior gymnasts in each discipline will compete for medals at the World Championships, taking place in Tokyo, Japan.
For our trampoline gymnasts, this is an opportunity to guarantee a place for the country at next year’s Olympic Games. In both the men’s and women’s events, if a British gymnast successfully qualifies for the final (placing inside the world’s top eight), they’ll automatically secure GB a place.
For the final three days of action, you’ll be able to tune in to BBC Red Button and the BBC Sport website where you can follow the progress of all the British gymnasts.
Here’s the schedule for each day, including when you can catch the action on BBC Red Button and online;
