James said, “I’m delighted to have now won three times in a row, and to be up there on a prestigious list with very few other people, is really an amazing achievement. For me this feels like a really good start to a very important year and I'm now looking ahead with confidence to World Cup events and of course the World Championships.”
The Swaffer Brothers shared the glory in the DMT Senior Men’s Final with Matthew once keeping the title and Dominic coming in second place with Jason Plowman in third, meaning a podium whitewash for the Jumpers Trampoline Club. In the Ladies Final, Birkenhead’s Hanna Moses was crowned 2009 British Champion with Robyn Osbourne (Airborne) in second and Louise Pennell (Jumpers) in third.
With Individual and Synchronised Trampoline competitions over several age groups, along with the Double-mini Trampoline and also the GMPD Trampoline British titles at stake, the competition was non-stop over the whole weekend.
